There's a bluebird in my heart.

when you breathe, you inhale and exhale, but every time that you do that you’re a little bit different than the breath before. we’re always changing. and it’s important to know that there are some changes you can’t control and some that you can.

i am in so much pain right now. i really, really wish my sinus pressure would go away. it’s so bad that my teeth are aching. this is not a good feeling. i feel really sorry for people who get bad sinus pressure regularly.
